Unlike physical products that can be physically returned, inspected, and restocked into commercial inventory, the provisioning of digital directory infrastructure on TeluguAdds incurs immediate, permanent operational, technological, and manual labor expenses:

1. Instant Server Allocation & Computational Execution: The instant your payment is cleared, our automated systems allocate dedicated server database rows, configure cloud CDN routing, provision unique digital card vanity URLs, and initialize search indexing queues.
2. Territory Franchise Labor & Physical Field Verification: A substantial proportion of your onboarding fee directly funds the field deployment of our regional territory franchise managers and verification personnel who travel to your premises, verify municipal trade licenses, validate physical storefront coordinates, and assist in capturing high-resolution catalog photography. This human labor is irreversibly deployed upon enrollment.
3. Real-Time Search Engine & AI Directory Indexing: Your commercial business listing, schema microdata tags, canonical URLs, and localized keywords are programmatically compiled into our XML sitemaps and broadcast to global search engine crawlers (Google, Bing, Yahoo, LLM directories) within hours. This digital visibility cannot be rescinded.
4. Automated Franchise Commission Settlement: Our financial ledger immediately calculates and credits the agreed marketing referral commission to the authorized regional franchise partner responsible for onboarding. Reversing settled commissions disrupts the regulatory, taxation, and contractual integrity of our partner network.

3. Services Covered Under This Policy

This Strict No Refund Policy governs all commercial transactions across TeluguAdds, including but not limited to:

• Directory Subscriptions: Starter, Growth, Professional, and Enterprise monthly or annual memberships;
• Smart Digital Visiting Cards: Interactive NFC card setups, QR code generators, and vanity subdomains;
• Paid Advertising & Sponsorships: Homepage banners, category top spots, sponsored local search placements, and push campaigns;
• Franchise Territory Allocations: Territory reservation deposits, regional franchise license agreements, and agency security fees;
• Mini-Website Hosting & Domain Configurations: Storage quotas, bandwidth allocations, and SSL certificates.

4. Forfeiture of Cancellation & Cooling-Off Rights

Under legal frameworks governing the online sale of immediately accessible digital content and custom commercial services, you expressly acknowledge and agree that your right of withdrawal or cancellation terminates the instant digital access is granted or the verification process begins. By completing your transaction, you give your unconditional consent for immediate service execution and forfeit any statutory cooling-off privilege.

5. Exception: Duplicate or Erroneous Transactions

The sole exception recognized by TeluguAdds relates to verifiable technical billing duplications caused by payment gateway communication timeouts:

• If an identical subscription invoice is charged multiple times within twenty-four (24) hours due to a documented payment gateway network glitch, the redundant duplicate payment will be refunded to the original payment source (bank account / card / UPI).
• To claim a technical duplicate refund, you must notify billing@teluguadds.com in writing within forty-eight (48) hours of the transaction, submitting the relevant bank transaction IDs and gateway reference numbers.
• Genuine duplicate claims will be investigated, verified against payment gateway server logs, and processed within seven to ten (7–10) banking business days.

6. Violations of Terms & Account Suspension

If an account, business listing, or advertisement is disabled, blacklisted, or permanently removed due to violations of our Terms of Service (such as fraudulent conduct, illegal goods, abusive behavior, or cash scheme promotions), the subscriber shall NOT be entitled to any refund, compensation, credit, or prorated reimbursement for any unexpired portion of their subscription.

7. Chargeback & Payment Dispute Warning

Subscribers who register unsubstantiated chargeback claims or fraudulent unauthorized payment reports with their banking institution without first engaging our customer billing team will face immediate account termination and permanent blacklisting of their commercial phone numbers and domains. TeluguAdds reserves the right to initiate legal recovery proceedings for chargeback fees, administrative penalties, and attorney expenses.
