1. Binding Legal Agreement & Regulatory Framework

These Terms and Conditions of Service (Terms, Agreement) constitute a legally binding agreement entered into between you (whether acting individually as a consumer, merchant, business entity, franchise partner, advertiser, or authorized corporate representative, hereinafter referred to as User, You, or Your) and TeluguAdds.com (Company, Platform, We, Us, or Our).

By accessing, browsing, registering an account, utilizing the hyper-local business search directory, claiming a business listing, purchasing subscription memberships, booking ad campaigns, or sharing smart digital visiting cards generated on http://localhost/teluguadds/ or any related subdomain, mobile portal, or API, you expressly declare that you have read, understood, and consented to be bound by all clauses set forth in this Agreement, alongside our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Platform Disclaimer, and Strict No Refund Policy.

This document is published in strict compliance with the provisions of Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, enacted pursuant to the Indian Information Technology Act, 2000, as well as applicable amendments, digital consumer protection frameworks, and e-commerce intermediary guidelines.

2. Eligibility, Account Registration & Security Mandates

To register an account or publish a commercial business profile on TeluguAdds, you must have attained at least eighteen (18) years of age and possess full legal capacity to enter into an enforceable contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you are registering an enterprise or creating listings on behalf of a partnership, private limited company, proprietorship, or association, you represent, warrant, and certify that you are legally empowered to bind said entity to these Terms.

When registering an account directly or via an authorized territory franchise field representative, you agree to:

• Furnish true, precise, current, and complete business credentials, municipal trade licenses, GST numbers, contact details, and storefront addresses;
• Promptly update profile information to maintain absolute directory accuracy;
• Safeguard all portal authentication credentials, passwords, session tokens, and security mechanisms against unauthorized third-party disclosure;
• Accept exclusive and undivided liability for all actions, catalog updates, price quotations, customer communications, and commercial representations executed under your account.

3. Legal Status as an Intermediary & Absence of Endorsement

TeluguAdds operates strictly in the capacity of an intermediary platform as defined under Section 2(1)(w) of the Information Technology Act, 2000. Our technological infrastructure provides an online discovery medium facilitating communication between independent local businesses and prospective consumers.

IMPORTANT CLARIFICATION OF LIABILITY: TeluguAdds is NOT an agent, employer, manufacturer, distributor, broker, or joint-venturer with any listed business or service provider. TeluguAdds does not warrant, verify the quality of, endorse, or guarantee any workmanship, repair services, merchandise, healthcare advice, legal counsel, or physical goods offered by listed independent businesses. The commercial contract for any sale of goods or provision of services is executed solely and exclusively between the consumer and the respective independent merchant. TeluguAdds assumes zero responsibility and zero financial liability for any default, breach of contract, defective merchandise, physical injury, delayed delivery, or commercial dispute arising between users.

4. Prohibited Conduct, Content Standards & Acceptable Use

Users, subscribers, advertisers, and franchise partners covenant and agree that they shall NOT host, display, upload, modify, publish, transmit, store, update, or share any information, catalog listing, advertisement, or media that:

1. Belongs to another person and to which the user does not possess lawful ownership or express written distribution rights;
2. Is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, pedophilic, invasive of another\'s privacy including bodily privacy, insulting or harassing on the basis of gender, racially or ethnically objectionable, or encouraging money laundering or illegal gambling;
3. Promotes, depicts, or facilitates multi-level marketing (MLM), pyramid recruitment schemes, unauthorized chit funds, get-rich-quick investments, or fraudulent loan offerings;
4. Advertises counterfeit goods, pirated intellectual property, unlicensed pharmaceuticals, dangerous chemicals, weapons, or items prohibited under the laws of India;
5. Infringes any patent, trademark, copyright, proprietary trade secret, or other intellectual property rights of any individual or corporate entity;
6. Deceives or misleads the addressee about the origin of the message or knowingly communicates false or misleading information with fraudulent intent;
7. Contains software viruses, Trojan horses, worms, spyware, or malicious code engineered to disrupt, damage, or compromise computer systems or user privacy;
8. Threatens the unity, integrity, defense, security, or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign States, or public order.

TeluguAdds reserves the unencumbered right to investigate, immediately suspend, or permanently purge any account or listing found in contravention of these standards, and to cooperate fully with statutory cybercrime and law enforcement agencies.

5. Commercial Subscriptions, Billing & Zero Commission Guarantee

TeluguAdds provides tiered subscription plans (Starter, Growth, Professional, Enterprise) granting distinct directory allowances, promotional features, and digital card capabilities.

• Advance Payment: All subscription charges, territory franchise allocations, and advertising packages are billed in advance on a recurring or one-time basis.
• Tax Compliance: Fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to statutory Goods and Services Tax (GST). Computer-generated GST tax invoices are automatically issued to subscribers upon electronic settlement.
• Zero Commission Promise: TeluguAdds does not levy percentage commissions, broker cuts, or transaction royalties on customer leads, inquiries, or sales generated through the platform. Merchants keep 100% of their earnings.

6. ABSOLUTE PROHIBITION OF CASH PAYMENTS & ANTI-FRAUD DIRECTIVE

STRICT CASH WARNING: TeluguAdds maintains an absolute zero-tolerance policy against physical currency (cash) collections. Under NO circumstances should any business subscriber, merchant, or partner hand physical cash to any marketing agent, territory manager, or individual claiming affiliation with TeluguAdds.

All legitimate transactions must be completed exclusively via our verified online payment gateways or direct electronic transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS) into the authorized corporate bank account of TeluguAdds. The Company disclaims all responsibility, liability, and acknowledgment for cash handed to unauthorized individuals.

7. Intellectual Property & License Grant

The TeluguAdds software architecture, algorithms, interface layout, branding trademarks, logos, domain name, and original text are the exclusive intellectual property of TeluguAdds. By publishing text, logos, or photographs in your business profile, you grant TeluguAdds a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to index, display, format, and syndicate said content across search engines and AI directories solely for directory discovery.

8. Indemnification & Limitation of Legal Liability

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TeluguAdds, its directors, employees, franchise network partners, and affiliates from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and legal costs arising from your breach of these Terms, your trade activities, or customer claims regarding goods or services provided by your enterprise. In no event shall TeluguAdds be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, or loss of profits or business reputation.

9. Dispute Resolution, Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of India. Any controversy, claim, or dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be settled by binding arbitration conducted in Hyderabad, Telangana, under the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Subject to arbitration, the competent civil courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, shall possess exclusive territorial jurisdiction.
